This is the small and medium scale potato chips / french fries production line, the production process is simple, easy to operate. The production strictly in accordance with international standards of manufacturing process, end products meet the requirements of food GMP health conditions. By add a IQF freezing machine, also can produce frozen potato chips / french fries products. End products packaging form can be configured according to customer requirements.
Process Flow:
Fresh potato – Washing – Peeling – Cutting – Blanching – De-watering – Frying – De-oiling & cooling – Flavoring – Packaging.
